President Obama did a good job but Romney had everyone in stitches at Thursday’s Al Smith Dinner. While self depricating he also landed some good jabs at Obama and the press.
Today is a singular time in America. Six years of Democrat dominance in Washington and an even longer trail of failed progressive policies has left a country wallowing in debt, reeling from the most prolonged high unemployment in history, and divided by an Administration that pits rich against poor, black against white, labor against management, and the faithful against the secular.
Romney did an outstanding job in the debate tonight. He had an incredible command of the issues and facts, was confident, and engaging. On the contrary, Obama was largely incoherent, rambling, and didn’t make a single point – strong or otherwise. This will be a game changer.
And how did the left perceive it? Just check out Bill Maher’s tweets during the debate. Ouch!
